If you do not have access to a printer you can request a free catalogue and order form to be delivered to you via fax or US mail. If you would like to order by fax or US mail and, for some reason, you cannot print an order form you may simply send a letter stating the title, catalog number and price of each item you wish to order along with your postal address, e-mail address, phone number and check or money order in US dollars for the total cost of music (MA residents add 5% sales tax) plus shipping & handling.
